Thomas Behavioural Personality Assessment

On 06.05.2014, ALS’s management referred to Thomas Turkey to evaluate the behaviours and productivity of internal staff through the survey for Thomas Behavioural Personality Assessment. With the paid licence, all staff has completed this survey.

According to the official results from Thomas Turkey, we are happy to annouce that all of the in-house staff does not have masks even under stressful working conditions. That reflects that they do not change their behaviours, because they have enough self-confidence and expertise to do their job.

Another result is that, Alafranga’s internal staff has been in peace with top management. Because, most important pre-requisites for this is democratic management philosophy/ practice adopted by Alafranga’s top management.
