As part of a bidding procedure, there were lengthy documents related to hospital management such as Waste, Telecomms, Security, Reception, Portering, Pest Control, Org Charts, Linen, Helpdesk, General Services, Cleaning Method, Catering, Car Parking. Turnaround time was tight. Our project manager formed a team of 3 available translators, 1 editor and 1 DTP specialist. Server-tm and instructions were added to the project according to the information received from United Medical Group.
The exchange of questions and answers was effectively monitored among all parties. After quality assurance and DTP steps, we delivered complete, accurate, high-quality and on-time translations. SDL Studio Trados was used to build a translation memory.
