We work in Trados and memoQ, with client-specific translation memories and glossaries maintained across every project. For large-volume programmes with several translators working at once, we use platforms to keep the translation memory synchronised across the team.

AI drafts are produced with the whole document in view, not sentence by sentence through a machine translation API, so terminology, cross-references and tone hold from the first page to the last. We are not tied to one model: we test models on your own sample files and use the one that performs best for that content and language pair. Where a programme justifies it, we also set up AI agents for file checks, terminology consistency and first-pass error detection. A named specialist reviews and signs off every output.
