Canton Fair Autumn 2026 opens on 15 October, with Phase 1 running through 19 October covering electronics, industrial equipment and new energy products, the exact category where we see the most Chinese manufacturers preparing a European market entry.
The pattern is familiar to us by now. A manufacturer exhibits in Guangzhou, meets a distributor or a first direct client from Germany, the Netherlands or Italy, and signs the deal within weeks of the fair closing. What follows the signature is the part that gets underestimated: CE technical files, installation and safety manuals in the buyer's language, and a declaration of conformity that has to match EU legal formulas exactly, not just read fluently.
