🔹General Coordinator
Volkan Guvenc became a part of Alafranga Language Solutions (ALS) in 2002 and has taken charge of key management functions. Starting from 2019, he oversees global operations in collaboration with other decision makers.
"I’ve spent 30 years living these projects end-to-end. The routine work is table stakes. The real test comes when files won’t open, the subject matter is heavily regulated, the language pair is rare, or the deadline is yesterday. That’s where my team is calmest: experienced PMs, ISO-aligned processes, and the right tools—so even a crisis handover becomes a controlled, on-spec delivery."
🔹Finance Manager
Sule Gonulsuz joined ALS in 2004 and currently manages financial and administrative affairs in consultation with the accounting office.
"I’ve managed ALS’s finances since day one. My promise is simple: vendors are paid on time, clients are invoiced clearly, and transfer costs stay low. The routine is automatic; the real value shows when things get complex—multi-currency payouts, tight cash cycles, urgent same-day wires, compliance checks. I plan cash flow ahead, choose the most efficient payment rails, reconcile fast, and keep everyone informed—so projects never stall for money."
🔹Translation Project Coordinator
Deniz Toprak Odabaşı leads a team responsible for streamlining translation projects, reviewing translator assignments, monitoring quality processes, and facilitating feedback. Volkan and Sule rely on her contribution for decision making in new projects.
"I’ve been the calm in the middle—one inbox, one number, one owner. LSP partners hand me the brief; I translate it into a plan: resourcing, QA path, file prep, milestones, and contingency. Whether it’s regulated content, rare language pairs, or compressed schedules, I keep communication tight, surface issues before they bite, and deliver clean, audit-ready outcomes under ISO-aligned processes."

🔹Localization Project Coordinator
Ibrahim Yalcindag heads a team involved in overseeing the workflow of localization projects, particularly game localization. He actively contributes to the engineering of quality parameters and keeps the team updated on technology-related topics.
"Fifteen years in product/platform localization taught me three rules: automate the pipeline, surface context, and test like a user. I implement continuous localization, enforce style/terminology alignment, and run LQA + functional passes across web, mobile, and embedded UIs. I cover the long tail—error messages, empty states, push notifications, help center, screenshots, and store listings—while optimizing for performance and compliance. Outcome: shorter lead times, fewer hotfixes, and a predictable multilingual release train."
🔹DTP Project Coordinator
Cemal Öktemer is an enthusiastic graphic designer and team lead for DTP projects at ALS. Since joining the DTP team in 2013, he has successfully managed numerous pages of DTP projects.
"I’m ALS’s senior DTP expert. My job is to make complex multilingual layouts look effortless—whether it’s InDesign, FrameMaker, Illustrator, or “impossible” Word files. I prepare CAT-safe IDML, protect styles and anchors, handle RTL scripts (Arabic), Greek and Turkic specifics, and rebuild tricky tables, diagrams, and callouts."
🔹IT coordinator
Timuçin Ozmaya is an experienced web developer actively involved in resolving IT issues. He has implemented advanced HR infrastructure and is now returning to lead the redesign of a project management platform, incorporating advanced automation capabilities powered by AI.
"When our PMs said “matching talent takes too long,” I wrote the engine behind our Global Vendor Network: structured profiles, skills and tool tags, rate cards, NDAs, and one-click onboarding. When clients asked for clearer status, I added live boards and automatic milestone alerts. I’m now extending this into an AI-driven orchestration layer that reads briefs, assembles workflows, predicts bottlenecks, and proposes fixes before quality or budget are at risk. Security and privacy are baked in—role-based access, encrypted data, and GDPR-aware processes—so scale never compromises trust."
