OSCE requirements

Interpretation and equipment services for a Regional Wildfire Management Training in Antalya, Turkey. 2 x 2 interpreters for 3 days (8hrs). Language: English-Russian and Russian-English and English to Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian/Montenegrin (BCSM) and BCSM to English.

Our solution

Thanks to our internal vendor database, our project manager perfectly identified 2 x 2 interpreters for BCSM and BCSM to English as well as Russian and English. BCSM interpreters were invited to travel to Antalya from Serbia after all negotiations and contracting process were finalized with success. Russian interpreters were invited from Istanbul. All flight ticket, hotel booking, travel pay, hotel to venue and airport to hotel transportation were properly arranged. Reference materials and training schedule were submitted to the interpreters. A supervisor from Alafranga travelled to Antalya to give briefing to the interpreters and make sure everything is on track from start to finish. Out of our control, a site visit was inserted to the program and our interpreters had not been prepared, for example they did not have boots and also Inforport system were not available, but they perfectly adapted to this requirement.

Performance of the interpretation was excellent and all technical equipments were up and running, because of high-level of professionalism of the all team members. Team success was celebrated at a fish restaurant.
