OSCE requirements

Interpretation and equipment services for a Regional Wildfire Management Training in Antalya, Turkey. 2 x 2 interpreters for 3 days (8hrs). Language: English-Russian and Russian-English and English to Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian/Montenegrin (BCSM) and BCSM to English.

Our Solution: Thanks to our internal vendor database, our project manager successfully identified two pairs of interpreters for BCSM to English, as well as for Russian and English. The BCSM interpreters were invited from Serbia to Antalya after the negotiation and contracting process was successfully completed. The Russian interpreters were invited from Istanbul. We handled all logistical arrangements, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, travel allowances, and transportation between the airport, hotel, and venue.

Reference materials and the training schedule were provided to the interpreters in advance. Additionally, a supervisor from Alafranga traveled to Antalya to brief the interpreters and ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
